Interview with Editor of SGX:
1.) When did you decide to serve in Small Group Ministry?
As our church began to grow past 100 members, it became necessary for us to start a small group ministry to connect our members.
2.) What encouragement would you offer to small group leaders out there?
Small group ministry is probably the most important ministry of your church. Do it well.
3.) In what ways have you and your family grown spiritually since you have been involved in this ministry?
Small groups have enabled us to develop deeper relationships with the members of our church.
4.) Why does small group ministry play such a critical role in the church today?
Small groups are important because they are where the real ministry of the church takes place. Small groups allow members of the church to minister to one another as they study God’s Word and share their lives together.
